BEFORE/AFTER HOURS

Appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours (before 9:30am or after 6:30pm) are considered after-hours and require a $40 fee.

Please be sure to select the “Before/After Hours” add-on before booking to secure your spot and see your accurate balance.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your appointment. This will go towards your remaining balance the day of.

TARDINESS/CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a new appointment will need to be booked with a new deposit.

Please reach out if you are running late. If over 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Clients who no-show without communication will be prohibited from booking future services.

RESERVATION PREP

Please make sure to arrive with clean lashes and a clean face. Includes NO mascara, concealer, foundation, eyeliner, lash glue or oils).

Avoid caffeine up to 4 hours before your appointment. Caffeine or other stimulants can cause eyes to flutter and interrupt relaxing during your appointment.

FILLS

Fills must be booked within 2-3 weeks (14-21 days). You must have 40-50% lashes still attached to qualify for a fill. If an appointment is booked over 3 weeks, it will not qualify for a fill and a full set will need to be booked.
